At The Runway Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
